Today I choose joy
Storytelling / theatre - Youth
"Today I Choose Joy" focuses on people who do not fit into the expectations the outside world sets for them. The idea stems from an examination of the miserable characters in Belgian Dimitri Verhulst's "The Misfortunates" and the concept TED Talks, which reflects a contemporary trend that everyone can become a "better person". What happens if these figures' grandiose and at times pathetic attempts develop, and draw a future based on new premises? Maybe there is room for them too? The audience's participation helps to determine the artistic direction and the various scenic design languages are explored in this performance.
