The fox and the wolf start in an intimate transit zone: a wardrobe. While two girls are looking for external changes on their bodies, their inner landscape changes, and the relationship between them moves towards a fatal point. During the performance, they fight their way through a forest of clothes that provide unimaginable possibilities for who they can be, where they are. They are a fox and a wolf. An anorexic and an overeater. Best friends, alone with each other. Winterholder's text is a dramaturgical framework for The Fox and the Wolf. Inspired by the Grimm fairy tale of the same name, the only characters we meet are the Fox and the Wolf. The wolf is the tyrant, who threatens to eat the Fox if she does not get her food. The fox does as the Wolf says, but the Wolf never gets full. When the Wolf herself tries to get food, she fails: she is too greedy and becomes clumsy, heavy, she needs the Fox. How the Fox needs the Wolf for protection. Through the relationship with each other, they maintain control over the other and themselves.
