Mother has a unique role in our lives. When mother passes away, one is often left with the question: Who was she? In this theatrical performance, the mother's daughters will experience the longing to hold on to time. The sisters meet to share the inheritance, and the mother's things are introduced along with memories of her role in their lives. Each sibling is in different places in life and discusses different thoughts about the objects and how they remember mother. Things gain value by virtue of having a history. Stories of lived life tell who we were and who we are. During the performance, thought processes will be started around death and what you want to do with the time you have. This is done by revealing the importance of the role one has as a mother - the role that is much larger and more important than the sisters were first aware of.
