The goal of "The cultural kindergarten bag" is to give the children good and exciting culture and art experiences while they go to kindergarten. It is also a goal to inspire those who work in the kindergarten, and provide offers that can generate ideas for further work with art in the kindergarten. The project "The cultural kindergarten bag" will give children the opportunity to meet professional visual art, and art such as nonverbal communication can be experienced regardless of language skills. Visual art is therefore a good and important form of communication for the very youngest children who have not yet completed language development, as well as for minority children who have not yet learned Norwegian sufficiently.
