A performance where dance, music, text and video are intertwined in tableaux and small stories, with humor and seriousness, with existential undertones and overtones. Marianne Skjeldal started working on this performance after a close friend died. The experiences of illness and death aroused a personal need to stop and stick their fingers in the ground, literally; a quest back to something original. Kerstin Ekman's moss quote was an inspiration on the road: - It's not a view you need. It's insight! Down in the moss with you, man. Look closely. Bend down.
