Paisiblement

This research revolves around the bodies and cultures of people vulnerable to fragmentation, loss, injustice and oppression, due to the political circumstances and crises imposed on them. I wish to highlight and question how dance appears in the reality of threat, danger, pain, mourning and demand, where hope, desire and resilience also reside. I try to find and show how, in a reality full of violence and killing, dance can manifest itself in the face of weapons, can also be transformed into force in the service of peace and humanity, in the face of barbarism and to gun authoritarianism.
