Jugendfeber is a performance project that includes student contributions from a theater workshop. The action takes place in the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund and deals with the story of the city fire. The narrator in the play is Jon Geir, and he is very enchanted by the art that arises during the restoration of the city. His mediator fascination is not based on the most conventional art history, but it is genuine and honest. The play has elements of playful humor, dance, music, poetry and visual expression. The aim of the performance is to create conceptual art where the audience experience is the work of art.
