Fish balls in curry are part of a PhD project "Designing Culture" at the Bergen Academy of the Arts. An installation / exhibition about Norwegian culture and the rest of the world. Fish balls in Karri explore what Norwegian culture really is, show how it has always been, and that it will always be influenced by the rest of the world. They do this by looking more closely at Norwegian food traditions and using the topic as an arena to be able to discuss more complicated topics such as nationality and identity.
