Norwegian Lunch Study

The Norwegian Lunch Study explores how the Norwegian lunch box influences social relations and cultural identity. Through observations in educational and workplace settings, where lunch creates a social community. The project invites a dialogue about how Norwegian lunch habits shape social relations, sense of identity and cultural belonging, and how globalization influences and challenges these traditions.
