Henrik Ibsen played with theater figures as a child, especially the type of puppet theater that we today call model theater. He drew, painted and cut out cardboard figures which he put on small wooden blocks so that they could stand on their own. In this performance, his sister Hedvig is the most important source for the story of Ibsen's childhood play. The ensemble worked to complete the performance during the stay.
