ITAC6


The Sixth Internatioanl Teaching Artist Conference is now over and what a conference it has been. From 1st to 3rd of September over 220 participants, presenters and collaborators attended the conference, coming in from 36 countries. With a staggering main stage program with speeches, keynotes, performances from KACES, Subsdans, Lørenskog Marchingband, DNA? AND?, All This and More, multiple presenters as well as 7 excursions, 62 parallels sessions and much, much more. We hope and know participants have had enough to sink their teeth into and hopefully are going back more inspired with more connections for the work ahead. How does dance play as a catalyst for connecting people? Featuring the collected voices of 13 Korean dance teaching artists, this session invites you to a live performance of lived experience where film, sound, and dance are interplayed.

ALL THIS AND MORE

In the middle of the day in Oslo City Center a group of people dressed in dark and grey clothes where walking the city. A powerfull participatory performance event/movement that focuses on the problem that by 2050 there will be 1.5 billion climate refugees seeking shelter in all our major cities. A collective participatory public art installation designed to raise awareness of the coming mass migration caused by Climate Change.
