The performance "The Ice Castle" was developed after the novel of the same name by Tarjei Vesaas. It's about friendship, about change, about grief, about carrying on something that is difficult to talk about. In Vesaa's universe, the relationship between Siss and Unn is reflected in the landscape and the passage of the seasons. The large ice castle with its many rooms becomes enigmatic when sound and space are to be explored - in a meeting with the audience.
