Musical Workshop – 7 – 10 years / 11 – 15 years

What happens when a classical pianist meets a drummer? Annabel and Lars explore the intersection of these two musical approaches. They work with direction, form and content on the performance which includes music by Fartein Valen. The goal is to open the classical music landscape to children and give them keys to become actively listening participants. Children are encouraged to discover and explore the emotions that is activated in the presence of the music. It may be fun, beautiful, educational, and there is no set answer.
