I Blaafjellet

Classical music - co-creative narrative theater - 6 - 10 years

The performative concert "I Blaafjellet" will create a new and playful way to introduce children to classical music. Tomescu-Rohde plays, tells and invites children to listen, empathize and participate. The project wants to explore what music can do to us, how it stimulates and developes our imagination. This is both an individual and a collective creative process. "Blaafjellet" is a musical adventure composed by Agathe Backer Grøndahl and is particularly suitable as a starting point for this way of generating response and expression.
Agathe Backer Grøndahl was a pianist of international caliber, Norway's first significant female composer.
